Refunds at Amity University adhere to specified guidelines. To initiate withdrawal from a program, students must utilize the Amizone portal and complete the withdrawal form, which must be printed, signed, and sent along with a copy of a canceled cheque via registered or speed post to the address provided on the portal. Withdrawal requests are processed upon receipt of physical documents. Refund percentages vary based on the timing of withdrawal: 100% refund of semester fees and Security Deposit, less up to 5% processing charges (max Rs. 5000), if withdrawn up to 15 days before the session begins; 90% refund if withdrawn less than 15 days prior; 80% refund within 15 days post commencement; 50% refund between 16-30 days post commencement; no refund of semester fees after 30 days, except Security Deposit. Scholarship cases follow similar guidelines. In the case of a 100% Scholarship, the Security Deposit is forfeited upon withdrawal after registration.
